A Recap of 2024

Looking back through my camera roll, I was so grateful for all the highs and lows. I chose to share a few of the high moments from my professional and personal life in 2024. Cheers to 2025!

January

Work: I started the year wrapping up two renovation projects and had a very exciting consult-turned-project.

Personal: We spent a weekend in Moose Jaw with some friends, and I had a lovely visit with a former co-worker.

February

Work: I started two fun projects.

Personal: We spent a few days in Sedona with Carson's family.

March

Work: I started a new build and had a fun consult-turned-project.

Personal: Harry Potter-themed supper with some friends, Toronto for a friend's birthday, and took the snowmobiles out for the first and last ride of the season.

April

Personal: Watching the daffodils slowly come up and attending a good friend's baby shower to meet her little guy.

May

Work: Started the design on a really cool residential project.

Personal: Phoenix to celebrate one of my dear friend's stagettes.

June

Personal: We attended two of our best friends' weddings, picked many beautiful blooms, and tried Little Bean ice cream en route to a grad party.

July

Work: Wrapped up a commercial project.

Personal: Attending Stampede for the first time, visiting Farmer's Daughter's Homestead in Swift Current, and the start of landscaping at the lake.

August

Work: Started the design on a really fun exterior commercial building.

Personal: Attended a dear friend's bridal shower, and dove into a side passion of mine.

September

Work: Staged a completed residential renovation project and attended my first farmer's market for my side passion.

Personal: Finished the hood fan and started landscaping at the lake. Harvested some of my garden.

October

Work: I did a consultation for a cool cabin project.

Personal: I explored Europe with two girlfriends, visited my brother, and had a lovely city trip with a former client who is now a friend.

November

Work: I consulted for a cool commercial space and received exciting news about my side passion.

Personal: I hosted a Halloween-themed supper and went with friends on the Halloween train from Cudworth to Wakaw.

December

Work: Finished the year with a fun cabin site visit.

Personal: My brother came home, and I spent most of the month with him.
