I have an agriculture degree, and after spending four years working in the industry and often questioning how happy I was, I applied for a Design Assistant position with Spruce Homes in Saskatoon. I had no experience, just a lot of passion for decorating; they hired me and changed my life. I designed, decorated, and helped managed the progress of new home builds and renovation projects for just over one year. I then decided to move back to the Humboldt area, where I currently reside. The passion I discovered made me want to further my education and go back to school to complete my Bachelor of Architecture.
